Part of being safe, comfortable and confident in sexual experiences is knowing what you like, and what you don’t like. Particularly for people with sensory sensitivities, it can be difficult to know what is a turn off, and what is a turn on.
This easy read activity steps you through how to identify what you like and what you don’t like in both individual and partnered sexual experiences. In the activity you have the chance to identify where you like to be touched on your body. Then we have lists of things you like, as well as things you don’t like. There are plenty of options to circle or highlight what you need to, with space to add your own.
You can do this with your sexual partner, or alone.
This activity is an activity from the capacity building program - My Life, My Body: Online Program.
