Casey Payne

Casey is a Sexologist with general registration through the Society of Australian Sexologists (SAS). Casey is also a Certified Practicing Counsellor and is registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).

Casey completed a Master of Science in Medicine (HIV, STIs and Sexual Health) in 2020 and also completed a Bachelor of Counselling in 2017.

Casey has experience working therapeutically with clients that have experienced disability, complex trauma, and/or sexual health issues.

Casey’s approach when working with clients is neuro-affirming. As a late diagnosed neurodivergent person, Casey understands the struggles that come with late diagnosis and being neurodivergent.

Casey applies an integrative approach, dependant on the clients needs. Whether that be psychoeducation or psychotherapy, Casey ensures her approach is person-centred and evidence based at all times.

Casey is passionate about everyone, everywhere having access to age-appropriate, comprehensive, sexual health education and the opportunity to have a fulfilling and functioning sexuality.
