Pleasure Pixel offers talk-therapy services, there is no physical touch involved in Psychosexual Therapy or Sexual Health Counselling.
Pleasure Pixel offers compassionate, inclusive Counselling and Psychosexual Therapy that supports people to explore their sexuality, relationships, and overall wellbeing — with a special focus on the needs and experiences of people with disability.
Pleasure Pixel believes everyone deserves access to safe, affirming, and expert support around sexual health, identity, and connection.
Our counselling services are available to:
People with disability seeking to explore sexuality, intimacy, or self-expression
Support workers, carers, and family members looking to better understand and support someone’s sexual wellbeing
Individuals across Australia via telehealth
We offer a confidential and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore issues related to:
Sexual identity, intimacy, and expression
Relationship dynamics and communication
Self-esteem, body image, and confidence
Sexual health education and informed decision-making
Emotional wellbeing and personal development
Sexual dysfunction
Fees:
Fees for Counselling and Psychotherapy are set at $154.00/hour.
Privately funded clients require payment of invoice prior to the session.
NDIS-funded counselling is available for self-managed or plan-managed participants with goals related to relationships, independence, or wellbeing.
Fees for Counselling for NDIS clients are in line with the current NDIS Price Guide:

Where Are Sessions Provided:
Sessions can be delivered online anywhere in Australia, or in person for NDIS participants on the Gold Coast or south Logan, QLD.

Meet our Sexologist and Counsellor
Casey is an Australian Qualified and Registered Sexologist and Counsellor, experienced in supporting people with disability. Casey is an expert at recognising the importance of autonomy, consent, and accessible sexual health information.
Casey is neurodivergent and adopts a neuro-affirming approach when working with clients.
Casey works collaboratively with clients to identify goals, develop strategies, and promote positive sexual and relational wellbeing.
Casey’s specialty is disability and sexuality, however, Casey also has extensive experience in the areas of mental health, mental illness and trauma.
Casey is currently only working with adults.
